Fill out the order form with your product choices, personal and credit card information. We will ship you our impression kit, which will allow us to custom design your Foot custom orthotics to your personal dimensions.

When you receive your impression kit, follow the accompanying directions to create a foam mold impression of your feet, and return it to us by U.S. Priority Mail.  Our podiatric doctors will promptly examine the impression, and make adjustments based upon your specific information. Just like eyeglasses, orthotics must be individually crafted for every pair of feet. Our lab consultants will then custom produce and ship your Foot custom orthotics to your home or work.

When you place your order today, a foam impression kit will be shipped to you. After making a mold of your feet and completing the questionnaire, you will ship the kit back to us. Our licensed podiatrist[s] will then fabricate insoles for your specific needs and lifestyle. We will complete your orthotics and ship them to you in just a few weeks. YOU PAY ONCE, WE DO THE REST! Since the materials used for your insole will vary based on your lifestyle and usage, the appearance of your custom made orthotics will vary.
